Option 1: Event Day Mangement

Mango Productions will work with you beginning one month before your event. For event day production, we include the following:

Meeting and venue walk-through (if possible) one month prior to the event

Personal preparation of detailed timeline/schedule of events for the day of your event

Review of all vendor contracts

Collection of all personal items to be used at the event

All day production and coordination on event day
