Mango Productions has developed production packages to suit every event. Since all events are unique, we are happy to customize a package to meet your needs.
Event Day Production
Mango Productions will work with you beginning one month before your event. For event day production, we include the following:
- Meeting and venue walk-through (if possible) one month prior to the event
- Personal preparation of detailed timeline/schedule of events for the day of your event
- Review of all vendor contracts
- Collection of all personal items to be used at the event
- All day production and coordination on event day
Complete Event Production
Mango Productions will assist you in coordinating and producing all aspects of your event. A package will be designed specifically for you and your event.
Complete event production includes everything provided for Event Day Production as well as assistance with all major vendors:
- Venue
- Florist
- Photographer
- Videographer
- Caterer
- Entertainment
Complete production will encompass every detail of your event, from the largest to the smallest:
- Hair/Makeup
- Transportation coordination
- Hotel Accommodations
- Event Design and Theme
In addition to these services, Mango Productions offers all invitations and social stationery.
